Week Eight Topic:
Course Review
Home
5 mins
Take a couple minutes to pause and clear your mind and let go of what may be filling your heart and mind. Allow God to remind you that you are at home in Him and His immense love for you. He doesn’t need anything else from you right now – just your stillness.
Reflection
30 mins
Take some time to reflect and answer the same questions you began this course with:
How would you describe the Bible to someone who had never heard it before?
What books of the Bible are you most familiar with?
What are the top three things you know about the Bible?
Share ► Share your reflections with your Huddle as a way to identify and mark the growth not only of your knowledge of the Biblical text but the impact on your life and your relationship with God.
Action
5 mins
Faith is a gift that is not for us alone, spend some time considering who in your life you can invite to read the Bible with you. You may choose to use this as a guide or perhaps just take the time to simply read passages together and ask them what they heard or noticed, trusting that the Holy Spirit will guide you and them to encounter Jesus!
Final Comment
We hope that this course has ignited or reignited your desire to pursue God through His Word which is alive and active. This was a very brief and simple introduction to Biblical studies, so if you would like to read more of any of the texts referenced throughout this course, let us know.
