We all come to the Bible with different perspectives, experiences, cultural lenses and expectations. Part of the design of this course is to identify these responses and allow them to be challenged, inviting the text to inform and transform our lives.
Before you start, take some time to answer these questions to help identify how you’re coming to the text:
How would you describe the Bible to someone who had never heard of it before?
What books of the Bible are you most familiar with?
What are the top three things you know about the Bible?
